Immersed in the vibrant heart of Etna, I was able to undergo a unique wine-tasting experience with local winemakers and owners, who really made us feel at home and paired each wine with the perfect cheese, sausage, or eggplant. Most focused on natural/organic wines that characterize the uniqueness of the Etna volcanic landscape. I was a bit unsure about Etna wine having been all over Tuscany, but will 100% be returning for a longer period of time to continue savoring the unique flavors and smells.
